Established in 1999, Title Group of Fort Myers, Ltd. is recognized as an industry leader in the title services business. Title Group was a pioneer in the affiliated business arrangement style of title company that is now prevalent in the market.

About our owner
Heather Morris Collins is a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida. She entered the real estate business in 1988, working as part of the administrative staff of Swor Realtor, Inc. After completing the final sales at Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club with Swor, Heather joined VIP Realty Group New Homes Sales Division, where her duties included coordination of the on-site sales and marketing of The Vines Golf and Country Club. Heather became a licensed real estate agent in 1989 and specialized in the sale of new homes as well as development sales in various subdivisions in Southwest Florida. In 1992 Heather moved into the general real estate side of the business, joining the brokerage firm of Southwood Realty, Inc. with a focus on listing and selling properties in the Briarcliff subdivision.
In 1993 Heather further expanded her business acumen by taking on several different positions in the mortgage and finance industry where she learned to close any and all types of loans including, but not limited to, FHA/VA, conventional, hard equity and even private investor mortgage loans.
Heather made a final move into the title business in 1999, joining the staff of Title Group of Fort Myers, Ltd. In 2001 Heather became a Co-General Partner with Deborah Snow in Title Group. Since then, Heather became the owner of Title Group of Fort Myers and has been using her extensive knowledge of the business as well as her dogged determination to close even the most difficult of deals.
